”Pros: nice location and building, sea view, clean rooms, a lot of parking space Cons: unpleasant showers and toilets (lights broken, hot water not always working, shower holders broken etc.), poor soundproofing It was nice that the breakfast included even thought the breakfast was very simple ”

”Super Empfang von sehr nettem Personal, schöner Pool, toller Ausblick auf die Weinfelder und Faial, Zimmereinrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstücksauswahl mit Rührei, Käse, Joghurt, Gemüse, Obst, Marmelade. Weil unsere Fähre früh fuhr, bekamen wir sogar etwas früher Frühstück. ”

”The room was a little dump, wonder that maybe we were rhe first visitors after wintertime. In the first night the bed feel dump and cold. The breakfast was okei. The commodation was far a way from anu restaurants or so. Could it be possible have information about nearest restaurants, snack bars and so on. There are not so many places to eat in Pico and the accommodation only have the br eakfast. Also it has to be said in advotising that guest have to have a car to get in there and to anywhere...

”Great location in Velas, beautiful property with pool, sitting deck with ocean view, sunsets and Morro Grande view and hiking within 10 minutes walk. Close to supermarket and restaurants, ideal location in Velas. Good buffet breakfast. Beds were a little too firm for me but great for my partner...highly recommended for location, cleanliness and great staff! ”
