”Staff was very helpful”

”Everything was top notch!!!”

”Great location! Great staff. Safe and quiet”

”We really enjoyed our stay at Pico Terramar & Spa. The staff was very friendly, the hotel had very calm and relaxed atmosphere, everything was very new and clean and we loved the spa section with finnish sauna, bathtub and pools inside & outside. Only a short (15-20min) walk away from Madalena port and also a supermarket nearby. Highly recommend! ”

”Great views and good location. Nice staff.”

”This place was amazing! It’s right by the water, with the ferry literally at your doorstep. Waking up each morning was great, especially with the waterfront views of Faial. They have coffee available 24/7 and pastries in the morning, plus a few local shops nearby for food, delicious may I add! I stayed in the basement and it was great. The place was very clean, had a kitchen with plates and dishes, and I absolutely loved the terrace. Yes, you can hear the church bells since the place is...

”Pros: nice location and building, sea view, clean rooms, a lot of parking space Cons: unpleasant showers and toilets (lights broken, hot water not always working, shower holders broken etc.), poor soundproofing It was nice that the breakfast included even thought the breakfast was very simple ”

”I stayed with my wife and 2 kids here- the place was a perfect setup where we had our own cabin with 2 bedrooms. The property is lovely- it was super quiet and we really enjoyed splashing around in the small pool there. We were very happy with our stay!”

”Very helpful staff, hotel is very clean and great views from the breakfast area and ocean facing rooms.”
