”Breakfast menu was amazing. Staff at restaurant were wonderful.
Issues. Room was ridiculously small. Shower head did not work properly. Had to ask for another towel even though we had booked for 3 people. Had to ask twice. When we called after 7 pm for something there was no one at the front desk. We were put to the bar and the item never showed up. This should be a 24 hour service. Not having to wait til staff at the bar have time.

”Our family of four (2 year old; 8 year old) drove 2.5 hours one way to get there and when i got there they told me that they were closed! I then drove 2.5 hours back home. Very dosapointed that they did not have the reservation through expedia. I understand that it was during the province was re-opening for Covid19, but why was the property advertising through expedia?
I feel that a complimentary re-invite would be fitting for all the frustration that we went through. I work in hotels and...
