”Overall pleasant stay”

”Room was older, linens were stained and threadbare. Rooms were not quiet, we could hear the people next door through the walls. Breakfast was just okay, they did not restock throughout the morning, so if you got there later, there was little left. Will not return.”

”The lady at the front was very nice and helpful. I didn’t like that it didn’t have an elevator, but she put us on the bottom floor. The pool was not operable. Above all I would stay again.”

”Staff was helpful. Breakfast was waffles, bagels, donuts, cereal, and apples plus coffee and water.”

”The gentleman working when I checked in accommodated my request without a thought. Extremely helpful. The property on the outside was very clean and well maintained. I was impressed at first sight. When I opened my door and entered I was immediately more impressed with the room. Everything was clean. The bathroom was amazingly clean…shoot everything was clean!! The bed and temperature in the room perfect were perfect! Carpet vacuumed, the bathroom floor shined. The best part was NO BUGS....

”Disgusting place. Checked in and immediately checked out. Staff were rude. Refused to refund.”

”The room smelled of smoke and cleanliness was an issue. The worst is a large bug crawled out from under the bed. I left at 3 in the morning because I was so uncomfortable in the room. You have a lot of work to do to clean up this facility. ”

”Found 1 dead roach under the table, 1 trying to escape the tub. The pool was closed and looked terrible. Funny smell in the halls. The. Jacuzzi look like it had cigarette burns on it and not well maintained. The AC struggled and the room. Was fairly warm. The front staff seemed nice enough. The public restroom had a dead roach in the middle of the floor. The urinal was leaking. Gives me the impression there's no maintenance to the buildings.”

”The breakfast hours, options, and taste were good! The hotel was clean and the staff was nice! I enjoyed my stay!”

”Had a one night stay for a flag football tournament. It was clean, close to plenty of places, breakfast was good and staff was very kind. Pool was small, but the kids had fun regardless.”

”I left my AirPods in my room and they were stolen by the housekeeping staff. Even after turning on protections where they could not use the AirPods, the staff yet still did not return the AirPods to the hotel. Very frustrating. Management was helpful in helping to retrieve but very frustrating to not be able to trust staff.”
