”Arrived late and assigned us a room which had a very loud noise unable to sleep. Had to work a while for staff to assign us a new room. Finally got a new room not as nice as first room. Finally had a good night’s sleep good beds. Breakfast in the morning was OK. Overall I would give the hotel an average score. Night staff were helpful in solving the problem as hotel was all booked. Place was clean.”

”A $50 deposit was asked when we got there which was returned when we left. (Not advertised ) Our room wasn’t clean seems like they didn’t sweep the floor and burnt holes in curtain and bed spread. In the morning there , were cockroaches in the bathroom.”

”A/C was ok the lobby area was ok there was a police investigation going on when I arrived so I wasn’t sure about that the hallway to the rooms were so bad if I had time I would’ve went to another location and the rooms was even worse ”

”Our stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Rock Hill was a real letdown, despite being a budget option. The room had a persistent dust problem, and the bathroom was in poor shape—mold was visible above the tub. The coffee maker was completely unusable because a crucial piece was missing, so we couldn’t even enjoy the coffee they provided. The chair in the room was severely worn—honestly, something I’d only keep in a basement, not a hotel guest room. Breakfast was another disappointment. We arrived...

”The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The property is older but the cleanliness is quite good. The beds are very comfortable and the linens, towels, and amenities were excellent. Room was quiet. The breakfast was well-stocked with cold and hot foods.”

”The room smelled of smoke and cleanliness was an issue. The worst is a large bug crawled out from under the bed. I left at 3 in the morning because I was so uncomfortable in the room. You have a lot of work to do to clean up this facility. ”

”No still waiting on my refund we did not stay there there was cockroaches in the bed we did not even stay there they said they were going to refund us and I still haven't received it”

”Just a one-night stay but found beds comfortable, room very nice, and quiet. Not a big fan of most hotel free breakfasts, but found it satisfying.”

”The check-in process was fast and efficient. Our room was clean and well equipped. TV worked fine and channel selection was good. The hotel provided a helpful detailed list of local restaurants with a map. The breakfast buffet was great and the workers pleasant and helpful. The only complaint was the condition of the carpets in the hallway in front of our room door and the adjacent rooms both sides of the hallway. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a good while!”

”Don’t know about breakfast. We like to leave before 7:00. Breakfast wasn’t served until 7:00 because it was a Sunday. We like to leave about 7:00. We were not going to wait until after 7:00 to leave. ”
