âThe staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room I occupied was satisfactory, and the breakfast provided a reasonable variety of options.
We were traveling as part of a group, and while one room experienced a malfunctioning air conditioner that was repaired, another room was unusable due to a strong smoke odor. As no alternative rooms were available, we had to accommodate those guests within other rooms assigned to our group.

âThe pictures on this listing are false advertising!!!! They may have been taken 20 years ago because the interior and exterior are not even close to the shape that the photos display.
The lobby smelled like sewage and weed. People were hanging out in the lobby and outside the lobby in dirty pajamas. It took an entire 20 minutes for me to even be greeted! There wasnât anyone in front of me waiting. I tried to give benefit of the doubt and still checked in only to check out minutes after getting...

âThe first room I was assigned was dirty with a messy bed like someone just left. I told the staff and they quickly got me another room but this one was next to someone with a barking dog and it seemed like the owner was never there. I then moved to a 3rd room which was finally quiet enough for me to sleep but the sink and tub had hair in it.â

âWhen I showed up at the hotel they told me it was oversold and they sent me to a Hilton Garden Inn, however they gave me the address to the wrong hotel. Even though I asked for confirmation that it was a hotel four miles away. So after a lecture by that properties manager regarding company billing. I contacted Embassy whe eventually gave me the correct address. An hour lost after a long workday. Hilton / Embassy you left this customer feeling very under appreciated. â

âThe window wouldnât close in our room so we heard the highway all night, the tub had cracks as well, no microwave in the room, coffee machine wasnât in the best condition, the tv wasnât updated the coloring was off. The staff was very friendly as well, the lobby was nice, the pool was closed so that was disappointing to my daughter. Good location. â
