"We had a three night stay at Conrad Bali and the customer service is unmatched. From check-in to all the restaurants, cleaning team and shops the staff is amazing. The facilities are also great: several different kind restaurants, two pools, lots of sun loungers so you don’t feel crowded even when it’s busy. There is also an onsite doctor/clinic in case you fall ill. Rooms have slightly different kinds of balcony furnishings depending on size. Ours was large so it equipped with a huge sofa lounger as well as a table and chair.
Breakfast was very varied - many different cuisines available. The three main restaurants are also different - if you have half or full board, we would recommend going to Eight Degrees South (seafood) for atleast one of your meals!
The rooms were also very clean with twice daily cleaning. The only downside was that the exterior of our window was quite dirty with the bottom edge showing quite a bit of green build up. I’m not sure if this is due to the mosquito spraying or just because a corner window on the third floor is hard to reach to clean externally, but we ended up having the blinds down."
