”There are no glaring negatives to this property for us. The room was smaller than expected, but the bathroom was large. The staff seemed easily distracted. ”Thank goodness the room floors are hardwood because the carpet in the hallways was badly stained everywhere and not well maintained. The staff was nice/friendly but I would likely pay a bit more just to stay in a place that is much cleaner.”

”Staff was helpful”

”I was welcomed by a super nice courteous young man with a personality at the main desk. He was great with check in and super helpful with any questions I had. Offered to put me in a regular room first floor which was nice as I had lots of gear to carry in. At check out 2 days later I had a young woman that was equally nice.”

Prices in this area seem high, particularly for the off season, but this home was one of the most affordable of those available during the timeframe I needed. Furnishings, bedding, towels, etc. are adequate but of lower quality than most vacation rentals we have stayed in. For an in-season stay where 90% of your time will be spent outdoors, this place would serve its purpose well, but a few upgrades could make it more comfortable....
