The room I stayed in had holes in the sheets that were on my bed. The dispensers in the bathroom shower had crud all of them had not been cleaned. The blinds that faced the pool were coming off.

I arrived about 11pm & the front desk attendant was new (she told me) & could not figure out how to check me in. I got to my room, used the bathroom right away-the toilet paper roll was empty, there were used towels hanging behind the door, there was a used plastic fork on the floor & the carpet ...
