Broken fridge wasn't replaced and poor shower ("little things", but...) prize quality ratio not too good.”

”Great hotel in middle of Montepulciano ancient city, our hosts were very pleasant and helpful, Roberto is super fun to talk with and shared me lots of tips for rest of trip in Italy. The terrace on top of the building is special, you can find mature trees growing on it, very quiet place to have breakfast and chill during evening. Very happy I booked that hotel, would go back without hesitation.

”Matkalla Roomasta Firenzeen nelihenkinen perheemme yöpyi yhden yön verran hotelli I Due Cignissä. Paikka löytyi helposti ja saimme auton parkkiin hotellin oven eteen. Tilavat huoneet olivat poikkeuksellisen siistejä ja aamiainen monipuolinen ja runsas. Hotellin ystävällinen henkilökunta teki kaikkensa tehdäkseen olomme mukavaksi. He tekivät puolestamme pöytävarauksen toiveidemme mukaiseen ravintolaan samoin kuin neuvoivat parhaan maisemareitin seuraavan päivän autoretkellemme. Kaiken kaikkiaan...
”The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I got a flat tire the day I was leaving the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help me get the tire fixed so I could be on my way. Gorgeously restored historical property nestled in their own olive grove, caring attentive staff, and a young chef creating absolutely delicious new takes on traditional Tuscan classics. ”our third visit to Grazianella. We just love this place. Best Tuscan views, silence, great pool area, big & cozy rooms & bathroom. Breakfast with cold cuts, fresh fruits and great cappuccino. New owner has although changed dinner consept; we loved old one; fixed price and every day changing Tuscan menu plus great wines. Still food was great, but ordering from menu(we missed surprise part and of course pricing was different)”
”It's hard to imagine you can call staying at a property with the nightly rates that are being charged here as good value, but amazingly it is.
This is by far the best property I have ever had the joy of staying at, the attention to detail is second to none. All of the staff are amazing and make the stay feel like you're part of a family, you can spend all day just wandering around the grounds there are so many little details to find and the pool is to die for.

”Had a great stay at Hotel Italia. On arrival, flight was delayed and train from Rome delayed but lovely lady on the front desk offered to stay until nearly 9pm so she could check me in which was hugely appreciated after such a busy day travelling!
The room is big and airy, very tidy with a comfortable bed.
Location is perfect being only a 30 second walk from the main Piazza.
Already looking to book our next trip to Cortona and will be staying here again!”
