”If you love being downtown, in a beautifully appointed condo, with a great view, then welcome home. Amazing location close to a Krogers, and the canal, and walking distance to numerous dive bars. What more could you want?!”

”The VRBO was very clean and updated. The host was great at communicating and very prompt at responding when I had questions. It would be difficult to sleep seven adults with current beds. Plan to drive everywhere. It is not within reasonable walking distance to downtown Indianapolis. By car, downtown Indianapolis is easily around 5-10 minutes.”

”I struggle leaving reviews but felt this was needed:This vacation rental has a lot of potential because the location is excellent. It's right in the heart of downtown in a beautiful historic building, with several great restaurants and attractions within walking distance.Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The floors had not been vacuumed when we arrived, and the silverware, dishes, and glasses didn't appear clean, so I ended up washing everything...

”The location was convenient, the check in was fast and smooth, the room was exactly what the pics showed and clean, and good breakfast, and a nice pool. Enjoyed our stay here.”

”The process getting the ode to get in was kind of a pain because it was last minute, but that's also on me because I reserved this for my employees so our communication could have been the issue. Getting it the day of check in made it difficult.”
