”We liked all the storage and shelf space. We liked how spacious the room was for 5 people. The breakfast was ok. Would have liked to have the pool a bit warmer and having a hot tub would have been ideal.”

”We stayed 6 nights there. Our room was clean, I would say definitely needs updated. The blankets were extremely worn, the internet kinda didn't work. I was actually pretty unhappy with the breakfast, the fresh food was not an option. Only refrigerated breakfast sandwiches, condiments, apples, cereal, sliced bread and pre packaged muffins. Coffee was alright. So we only went for the coffee. Don't offer a continental breakfast and just get snacks. Don't expect your waffles like they advertised.”

”My wife and I have stayed in a number of hotels and rental houses in Manitou Springs and the Holiday Inn Express and Suites was by far the nicest. The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable with a large amount of counter space. The amenities are great: Large indoor pool and hot tub, nice workout facility and a fantastic hot buffet breakfast every morning. Good location; just a mile from downtown. This place will be our new home away from home whenever we visit Manitou Springs.”

I read reviews before choosing this hotel, I have no idea why folks complained about having difficulty figuring out where to go from the parking garage, it was simple for us. We very much enjoyed our visit and would stay here again without a second thought.”

”Very well placed motel, clean and nice room. The desk assistant was very polite and helpful. He had a true smile, not forced. Good coffee, nice 2 night stay.”

”Really long time on getting help for checkin when we got there. There was no one in the front desk. The lady that came to help later was very nice. The staff in the hotel is nice. The room needed more cleaning though. Our window inside had dust and debris. The air conditioner also smelled funny. The breakfast is good just needed like juice or some drink option besides coffee!”

”The cleaning staff needs to clean the windows and around the windows. The countertops weren’t cleaned right and the coaches could use some TLC. The TV didnt work, I couldn’t get anyone to communicate with me about it until the next day.”
