”Kitchen pipes frozen due the weather. Pipe running water to the living room floor due to the weather. Maintanence fixing the issues while trying to have Christmas dinner with the family. Not so nice experience at all. Family suite located upstairs of the main house and hearing every step and move done in the house. Wanted to check out a day early, but didnt even get any reaction or answer to my request. Did still leave a day early and received a thank you and invoice for our stay. ”

”The castle itself was great, though my poor self could only afford the peasant housing. I liked the breakfast… great property and it snowed while we were there and was the prettiest view ever.”

”The power outlet in the bathroom didnt work, the toilet ran and wasnt secured to the wall, and the tv audio made a banging noise while watching tv. They should also add curtains to rooms as the pull down blinds dont keep the light out of the room.”

”Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Room was clean, staff were super nice. Pool and hot tub were great. Only suggestion is to vacuum hallways, steps, and common areas. ”

”Price is reasonable for the amenities. Close to Garden of the Gods and have available bicycles that can be rented. Special mention to their staff Scott who is kind and fixed our broken door lock in record time. We will definitely be back here and will recommend to our friends and family : )”

”We booked this location for a quick overnight trip. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very accommodating and they even have a food truck that prepares breakfast for you! I will definitely stay here again if in that part of town. ”

There was one young staffer, who was pretty stern with the rule of putting in your room service order the night before strictly before 9 PM, as we tried to put our order in it 9:04 PM and it was too late. ”I was only there for one night everything was clean. The only problem that I had was the shower I am 73 and a little wobbly at some times and there are no bars in your shower to hang on to and also the tub floor was very slippery. Shower bars would be helpful ”
