- Large clean room with nice view.
- Very clean and upgraded building and amenities.
- Staff is VERY friendly and helpful.
Need Improvement (but easy to fix):
- Pool was a bit chilly. Please warm it up a bit.
- No desk in room. Put in a small desk and office chair.
- Pillows new and fluffy but not much substance. Get some good pillows.
Overall: I would go there again.”

”King suite with kitchen was clean, well stocked with supplies like plates, cutting board, silverware, dish soap, & dishwashing detergent.
Room size was impressive and comfortable for family if for traveling with a ton of luggage.
Breakfast was good and lots of variety each day.
Parking was ample and felt safe.”

”Historical well seasoned hotel. Great staff. Comfortable bed. Great location to walk to anywhere in Manitou Springs. Excellent restaurant. Hotel was under renovation, which we were informed of prior to our stay. Unfortunately our room was right above the major remodeling project. Adding to our noise was our window air conditioning. Some rooms had central air, others did not.
Street parking in Manitou Springs is expensive and limited. Glad to have the hotel off street parking garage. Not happy...
