”Generally good room was warm and shower has great water pressure. Breakfast and included fruit, coffee, tea, granola bars and other individual packaged items like cookies and muffins. Staff was pleasant.”

”Kitchen pipes frozen due the weather. Pipe running water to the living room floor due to the weather. Maintanence fixing the issues while trying to have Christmas dinner with the family. Not so nice experience at all. Family suite located upstairs of the main house and hearing every step and move done in the house. Wanted to check out a day early, but didnt even get any reaction or answer to my request. Did still leave a day early and received a thank you and invoice for our stay. ”

”Little Beaver Inn is an amazing little place to relax and spend a few days in a serene atmosphere. Every detail was perfect!”

”Loved the in room hot tub! The bed was way too big for the room, kept hitting our shins coming into the room. Did not like the cooking burner setup, I don’t think it even worked. The shower head did not have any pressure at all. The patio was nice and there was a great view, the area is nice but still reasonable close to the city.”

”Someone was doing laundry until 2am the laundry room is right beside the bedroom and the walls are thin it was very upsetting the door going inside the laundry room from our little apartment had a padlock on it”

”Really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a great spot—easy walking distance to just about everything, and right across the street from the shuttle buses, which made getting around super convenient. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were all so kind and welcoming. The bed was a little firmer than my liking. We didn’t try the breakfast this time, but from a previous stay it was pretty simple—mostly packaged items like fruit and muffins. Overall, a good, honest place to stay.””

”Property is contactless check in with no one onsite, however saw the housekeeper daily and she was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the location can’t be beat! Free parking within Manitou and walking distance to every thing. Loved that I could hear the babbling creek behind the motel. Made for great sleeping. Great base motel for all the activities the area has to offer! ”
