”Old box TV, no channels working, a waste of time having it in the room. Furniture in room rundown, no clothes hangers. The bed was very comfortable. Swimming pool was nice, needs more seating areas & lounge beds. No restaurant/food, snacks or water available on site, you need to drive to get these. Dinner & Breakfast needs to be pre booked in advance when not purchased in a package. Internet was ok. Heaps of parking available. ”

”The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. We did two tours that the concierge recommended and loved them. The restaurant has the best food on the island. Highly recommend! ”

”Thalassa Boutique was the perfect resort for our stay in Kafalonia. The only amenity that would have been helpful would have been an ATM machine. A small gum would have been nice too. Overall hour 9 night, 10 day was superb.”

”Beautifully decorated apartment in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood opposite the waterfront. Good cafe and restaurant very close by and also kids playground. The Melissani cave is a few mins walk away. The suites are very clean and at a high standard, there is a pool which is nice and the sea across from the apartment is stunningly clear with lots of fish and sponges. If you like to snorkel there are fresh water springs emerging from a cave just off the beach and it’s magical to snorkel there...

”The property was fine and clean. Parking in this area this time of a year is difficult. I booked a compact room and that’s what it was. Bedroom was fine but bathroom and shower were very small.Staff especially front desk are very polite and accommodating.Have stayed here many times and never disappointed. Breakfast is always good ❤️🇬🇷”

”No one at front desk—a man arrived but did not speak English; we thought he was a guest but he called someone on his cell phone and handed it to me—a woman spoke with me briefly and then the man showed us to our room. Old refrigerator; door did not close, freezer was full of frost. Very few patrons; good because cheap hollow core doors shut very loudly and marble floors very noisy. We could hear two people arguing on higher floor. 3 min walk to nice beach with an attendant bringing drinks. ...
