”Pleasantly surprised about how nice my room was. This place is like a hidden gem in Minneapolis. Staff friendly. They even went back to my room which hadnt been cleaned yet, and looked in the garbage cuz i thought i left my license & credit card in a bag there [i hadn't and im thankful staff at least tried to look for me even though i had already checked out] checking in and out, the woman behind the counter was friendly and kept her cool despite the rush for check ins. ”A great big thank you to Nile and to all the staff for being exceptionally helpful during my stay at the Red. The vegetarian omelet and coffee hit the spot as I had long days at a conference that was held nearby. Thanks to all the staff members who helped me get organized with my hotel bill and incurred expenses. As a result, I was able to present my incurred expenses in an orderly fashion and was reimbursed immediately. Merci beaucoup!”

”Only issue I really had was I booked a room with two queen beds and only got a room with a king bed. Pretty sure I paid more for the two queen bedroom. Otherwise the hotel was great.”

”The ice machine didn’t work on our floor, nor did they fix it or put up a sign after being told it didn’t work. They took my nightgown and I had to call them twice to look for it. They deactivated my parking pass in the middle of my stay. Not a good stay at all, disappointing!”
