”Host was great easy to get in contact with and checked in with me to make sure everything was good. WiFi was great was able to play online without issue unlike a hotel so that was a huge plus. Overall would definitely stay again.”

Thr neighborhood is very quiet with an average distant dog here and there. It also had a centralized location to both sets of freeways. ”

”Entire property was clean. Parking was great and easy. The listing was a little misleading, it didn’t specify that it was attached to the rest of the home, but that is honestly okay because whoever was in the house next door was so quiet. Bed were comfortable. I understand that the living room/ kitchen area is a small space, but a bigger sofa would have been nice. All in all it was a great little place. I’d recommend it to others for a quick weekend trip.”

”Very conveniently located across from Old town pizza and next to the brewery. Down town is easily walkable and accessible. Was exactly as described, house is very cute and well decorated. Plenty of room to socialize and be comfortable. The AC system is a big upside as summer comes around. Overall was a good deal and had a great time.”

”We recently spent 17 days at Back of the Moon Cottage while I was recovering from major back surgery. We live over 3 hours from Marshall Hospital where my surgery was performed so I couldn't return home right away. The Cottage was the perfect place for us to stay. It was very clean and very quiet. Kim and Seth were amazing and always available for anything we needed. It was a wonderful experience staying there.”

”It takes forever to get the host to give you an answer to a question or concern you have, to the point you no longer need an answer from them anymore. There is no phone to call, so you are at their mercy if you need something from them. They may write "I'll get back to you", and then you wait hours with no response.The checkout is 10am (which is an hour earlier than most places). If you need an hour or two overtime they want to charge you almost the price of an entire day extra. We made sure to...

”Host communicated well. The house had everything we needed. It is located across from a ranch and airport but was not an issue. Beautiful outside and inside. The hot water is hot - so be mindful with little ones. Great stay. ”
