”The room was very clean and comfortable. You can tell a recent renovation happened here. The location is great and easy to access restaurants and shops downtown. Parking was very accessible. I didn’t think I’d like not having staff working there and a front desk, but I’m a big fan now of having a key code to get into the building and my room! The fridge, microwave, and tea kettle were great in the room. Also there’s a stunning view out the front of the hotel!”

”We have stayed in the world’s best hotels and Montana’s worst hotels (kid sports) but we have never stayed in a less hospitable property. The two men repeatedly working the front desk were rude and unpleasant in all interactions and treated requests for adequate towels and bedding with disdain and/or outright refusals. At $300+ per night for a below-average property, we expected better and did not expect to be treated like potential felons plotting to steal cheap, threadbare blankets and...

”The staff were pleasant but the property has been allowed to go into terrible disrepair with holes in the tile by the tub, it took ridiculous effort to try and enter the door which would not unlock and then was so warped it was stuck, the “hot” water was luke warm, the toilet ran and ran - when mentioned to the staff they were aware of all of it but were not able to do anything about any of these issues. We went for the Missoula Marathon as did many of the guests but instead of accommodating...

”I am unhappy with Expedia, I didn't get a AAA discount or anything like that and on top of it when I checked out I didn't get a statement telling me what my charges were. I was told since I booked through Expedia they would email me my bill. And on top of that, when I went through Expedia I accidentally signed up for some kind of insurance and tried to cancel it and I couldn't get the verbal advisor to let me talk to a real person. I do NOT want that insurance!!!!”

”The hotel was right on a main road, so, easy to get to. The room was clean enough, and staff were pleasant. Two complaints: first, the water in the shower never got really hot. I let it run for a long time. The more serious complaint: there was no milk of any kind at breakfast. And no cold cereal except the granola that was to be used as a topping on waffles. There were staff all around. Why couldn't one of them have gone to a nearby store and bought milk? My husband eats cold cereal...

”Since we stayed 8 days the breakfast was basically the same every morning. They only came in a couple times, did not put towels in, bed not fixed, no paper towels otherwise enjoyed the stay. Just felt there should have been a little more service for the price.”
