”Airport shuttle was supposed to pick us up and when I called the front desk said he would be there in about 5 minutes. I called 20 minutes later to check in on status and she said he hadn’t left yet. He eventually arrived about 30 minutes after he was supposed to and it was about a 2 minute drive from the hotel.. ”

”Breakfast looked wonderful. Staff was so were great. Rooms were clean and comfortable.”

”Was not able to stay for breakfast either morning. I was told they could put something together for me. Did not avail myself of the offer, but did appreciate it.”

”Clean room”

”We had a wonderful stay - room was clean and comfy. My MIL especially enjoyed the scents of the shampoo/conditioner/body lotion. Breakfast was delicious and the chef even special made my daughter some French toast. The staff was truly the highlight of our visit! Very accommodating and friendly! We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this was the closest hotel to the facility - lots of dining options around. Would definitely stay here again!”

”First no luggage rack, asked for it never delivered. No paper towels, no housekeeping everyday. Towels used more than once is unsanitary. I won’t come here again because when I am on vacation I don’t want to make my bed. ”

”Everything was five star enjoy the hot tub. My rooms was very clean. The staff was wonderful. I will be back next time.”

”When we arrived yo the hotel we were sent to a room that was not ready and they quickly gave us a clean room. The hotel was great the only thing I noticed was it needed a little vacuuming in the hallways. Other than that we were satisfied with our room. ”

”Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. ”

”I booked this property through Expedia for 2 nights. After my stay I was contacted by the property that my payment was not completed. Expedia's virtual payment process did not go through and the property wanted payment from me after Expedia had already processed my payment. I explaind to the property that I had already paid, but they charged me again for the stay and told me to contact Expedia for a refund on the second charge. I feel this issue is between the property, Expedia, and there...

”This hotel was modern and very clean. The breakfast was excellent both days. The pool area was perfect and the gas grill was an excellent amenity. We grilled out by the pool and this was a nice break from restaurants. The workers were friendly and accommodating. Very nice fitness center too. ”
