Perfect for big private parties
The stay was very influenced by the fact that they organized private parties three days in a row. Loud music. It was not possible to sleep before 1 am. Too late for our kids. It also gave us limited access to the restaurant area. After the check-in they told us about the first party. There is no fan in the room. Dinner was good and swimming pool was nice (but crowed the last day because of a party).

Local para descansar e comer bem
O local é lindo, os funcionários gentis e muito solicitos. A comida do local é simplesmente espetacular sempre preparada aos detalhes, com muito sabor e perfeição.

Bien par rapport au prix ! Petit déjeuner ok : pas de choix pour le thé (juste un thé au citron), pain rassis pour les 3 petit dej que nous avons fait, le reste ça va Salle de bain très vieille, moisissure, porte de la douche non fonctionnelle. Lit confortable Rideaux ne ferment pas très bien Restaurant pour le soir : Bon

A lovely property and location. I would not stay here again in the off/shoulder season. I think we may have been the only guests at somepoints. We went for breakfast on our second morning - we waited 30 mins and although staff were around, no-one came to serve any breakfast. The room itself was dusty - the vintage furniture has lots of nooks and crannies that would make dusting tricky. It may well be better in the summer/busier time periods.

Struttura bella se fosse conservata meglio. Camere da insonorizzare e da rimodernare,a partire dal quadretto con le tariffe del 2009 secondo me lì è rimasto il tutto. Poca attenzione alla pulizia anche giornaliera. Sicuramente gentili e accomodanti , ci hanno cambiato camera per i vicini sgradevoli . Di questo ringrazio molto.

Nel complesso struttura con molto verde, una bella piscina, ben isolata dalla zona circostante. Ricca colazione ben servita da una ragazza gentile ed estremamente efficiente. Tuttavia esistono diversi aspetti da migliorare: non c'è copertura wifi, la stanza era estremamente rumorosa, probabilmente a causa di pareti molto sottili, non aveva frigobar, climatizzazione o pale al soffitto, anche se la stanza era piuttosto fresca e quindi questo risulta un difetto relativo. Con qualche miglioria potrebbe diventare una struttura eccellente.

Mangiare Ottimo, Piscina Pulita e attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni . Ambiente tranquillo e sevizio ottimo. Piacevole x i bambini vedere da vicino cavalli,asini, caprette e molti altri animali da fattoria. Parcheggio comodo , nel complesso ottimo

Near a course in customer service
Welcome by staff was no existent, no one smiled? Room had a turd in the toilet! Shower door did not shut. Pool area is open to locals and get really busy at the weekend, we were asked to pay for sunbeds. If you want a drink you often had to go into the kitchen to get staff attention. The communal areas were often not cleaned for a couple of days although the pool was cleaned daily. The owners kids were often up until late, screaming, running round, jumping on and off the furniture. At the weekend there was a party which played really loud music near the guest accommodation until really late. Shame could be a really nice place if they focus.

Good morning I am very mortified by his review, he is very sorry for his experience, we try to do our best and sometimes we don't succeed. As for the cleaning of the toilet bowl, it seems strange to me because the cleaning lady is very attentive but a distraction can happen. Why didn't you tell us? The beds for the guests of the rooms are always free, and to me (direction) there are no collections of sunbeds, if this should have happened contact me and tell me who gave money. As for the children, the structure hosts both families and couples, we cannot manage the volume of all the children whether they are the children of the owners or if they are guests of the restaurant

An oasis.
Spectacular location. Well-maintained place with a decent pool. Service friendly and efficient. Two points to watch out for : the place is on the side of a mountain and consists of buildings at different levels, with a lot of steps/ramps. Not a problem for us, but it could be for others. Second, the restaurant is good and fair priced, but quite short. If you are there more than a couple of days, you will run out of options.
