”Clean room and great staff”

”What makes this property special are Elsa and Brian who made a personal effort to provide good service. From helping with the door key, to carrying luggage and providing room service for dinner they went the extra mile and it makes a difference. The room and bathroom were very clean. Good value for money. The property is not fancy but I’m very glad we chose it as it was a positive rather than neutral experience on our journey.”

”built in 1928 this hotel brings a lot of nostalgia with old period correct elevator and furnishings . If you're looking for average accommodations and a nostalgic glimpse into the past you will enjoy your stay . If your looking for modern amenities and furnishings look elsewhere ”

”I only stayed one night but the place was conveniently located and staff was nice. Breakwas is typical but the fact that it was available was bonus. I liked the river walk as well.”

”Tap in bathtub wouldn’t turn off; I wouldn’t even tough the stair railings, they were so dirty. Holes in walls, torn wallpaper. A/C unit was so loud that it shook the bed. Continental breakfast was a joke - no fruit, no yogurt- just bread for toast and 3 choices of cereal. Coffee was in the tiniest carafe, and tasted like tar. The staff, however, were lovely; easy check in, friendly staff. Easy to park, easy checkout. The staff were the only good thing about my stay, sadly.”

”Sooo much better than the other hotel I was at prior, which rhymes with bandman bignature lol. Everything works, it’s clean and comfortable, people are nice. ”

”We had a wonderful stay at South Thompson Inn. The customer service was excellent and truly outstanding from start to finish. A special thanks to Disney at the front desk, who went above and beyond by calling me ahead of our arrival time to inform that the restaurant would be closing at 8 PM. This thoughtful gesture allowed me to plan ahead and avoid any inconvenience. The place is very calm and serene. The property is well maintained and offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Everything...

”Air conditioner didn’t work properly but test was awesome”

”It said there was a fireplace in the ad... it didnt work and the staff said they dont work.. the toilet needs multiple flushes to clean out. The room noise was brutal, traffic and the water system.. the A/C was loud for $400/ night i have higher expectations. I wont be back.”

”My room had a really old smell to it, that was very hard, and the washroom exhaust sounded like it was going to fall out of the ceiling. There was no hot continental breakfast, even though it was advertised.”
