Hillside-mökki, josta on upeat näkymät!

Kaunis, tilava vuoristoalue, josta on upeat näkymät koko Pine-kaupunkiin ja Matazal-vuorille etelään. Vuonna 2007 valmistuneessa 2 350 neliömetrin kodissa on 4 makuuhuonetta, 3 kylpyhuonetta ja täydellinen keittiö, johon kuuluu mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, ruokakomero ja kaksoisuunit.

Yläkerrassa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta sekä keittiö, ruokailutila ja perhehuone. Lisäksi alakerrassa on toinen isäntäsviitti, jossa on kuningatar-makuuhuone ja vuodesohva sohvalla sekä oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku. Siellä on myös täysi pesutupa, mukaan lukien mutahuone, josta pääsee alakerran autotallista. Autotalli on 1 000 neliöjalkaa ja siihen liitetään pysäköinti yhdelle autolle. Autotallin ovet ovat 10 jalkaa korkeita, joten niihin mahtuu suuri kuorma-auto.

Lautasen verkossa on yhteensä neljä televisiota. Master-sviitissä on oma kylpyhuone ja arcadia-ovi, josta pääsee kannen ympärille. Masteriin kuuluu myös iso taulutelevisio, jossa on DVD-soitin. Yläkerran perhehuoneessa on iso kivipintainen puulämmitteinen takka. Keittiö ja perhehuone ovat avoimia konsepteja, joissa mukavat istuimet, nahkasohva ja kaksi nahkasänkyä, 8-paikkainen ruokapöytä ja pubipöytä, joka voi laajentua lisäämään 4. Pubipöytä toimii myös pulmapöytänä ja on lattiasta kattoon ulottuvien chalet-ikkunoiden edessä, jotka vangitsevat upeat näkymät.

Mökki sijaitsee 1,5 hehtaarin rivitalossa, rinteessä, pienessä räätälöityjen kotisivujen alajaossa nimeltään Pine Mountain Acres. Naapurustossa on noin 40 kotia 1 + hehtaarin erillä. Se on sekoitus kokopäiväisiä asukkaita ja heikoita. Kiinteistö sijaitsee Pine Creekin yläpuolella ja näkymä alas White Oaks Glenille. Se on alue, jota hirvieläimet ja hirvet kulkevat matkalla puroon ja sieltä pois. Alueen suuret ja pienet karjat tulevat suoraan kiinteistön poikki aamulla ja myöhään iltapäivällä / hämärässä.

Prepare for rules posted everywhere —

After finding the home(at the top of 2 massive hills our car barely made it) we arrived and never received the code to open the door. I called and texted the owner, no response. So I contacted vrbo, after standing in the sun for 20 minutes waiting to get in I finally got the code to open the door. Owner did respond to me fairly after. We were greeted by 4 pages of rules, everything from what to cook where to having to take all trash with you. Everywhere you look there was a framed note with a rule on it , there was also sticky notes everywhere reminding of rules. The water wouldn’t get hot, so I contacted the owner again, we soon figured out the hot water issue BUT the water pressure turns off on its own constantly. Water kept turning off on you while washing dishes and in the shower. There was women’s hair all over the shower wall upstairs..We attempted to cook but the oven would not work so we opted to use the BBQ. There was no knives so having to cut steak with a butter knife was fun. To make bacon and pancakes in the morning we were told we HAVE to use the skillet, NO stove. . So we did, but the skillet was WORN and rusted and it took 1 hour to cook 1 small packet of bacon. We were thrown back at the amount of personal stuff ALL OVER the house. All closets in the rooms were stuffed with person stuff, bathroom cabinets , garage,everywhere! There was even a car garage. Prepare to walk on eggshells while here, no relaxing allowed with having to remember EVERY RULE!!!

Nice stay

Beautiful location with views!

The property is located in the hills above Pine and the views are very beautiful. The house was clean, well stocked and we had a very nice trip. One thing that did surprise us because it’s not mentioned in the ad, is that you have to pack your garbage out and the filling station at the bottom of the hill charged 5/bag for dumping your garbage in their bin. For the money you’re paying for the place, we did feel that it would have been more appropriate to put your garbage in the can in the garage and ask the cleaning people to take it away when they clean the house.

Problems with the hot water and main tv.

It was a nice get away but we had problems with showers there was no Hot water we did contact the host but wasn’t able to help out in any of our questions. Also the family room tv didn’t work or connect with the control very outdated equipment hard to use. Host was not very helpful even on the phone. Other than that the place was nice.

Exactly as shown in pictures. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. We went for Christmas and the house was decorated for the holiday! We would definitely stay here again.Only suggestion is fill your trash bags completely. It was suggested we dump trash at Tom’s Chevron in town . When we took our trash to Tom’s they charge 5 per bag! We ended up bringing our trash Home with us.

Amazing Property!

This property is everything you could ever want! We have returned to it several times, and each time, it is incredible. The house is inviting, and the views truly are the best in Pine. Fire wood is supplied for the beautiful rock fireplace. The check-in process was easy, all appliances and electronics worked well, and the beds were comfortable. As a Southern girl, you know I loved the porch swing! A bonus is the extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage, and being able to park one car in the garage. I have nothing negative to say about this home. It is incredible!

Beautiful view!!

The view from this property is beautiful! Watching the sunset, overlooking the pine trees, it is so peaceful. We saw a few elk on the property in the early morning. The home is very spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the cabin had all fhe amenities you need. Plenty of firewood is provided. Plenty of seating. Only downside we had, you have to take any trash you accumulate with you when you leave.

We had a great 2 nights stay at the cabin. Very nice view. Fully furnished with a lot of amenities. Very clean. The only problem was that they don't have trash service and we had to take the trash to the gas station

Perfect weekend getaway!

We were staying in town for a wedding. There were 7 of us. This place was perfect with 2 master suites and 2 extra bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is decorated nicely and has everything that you could possibly think that you would need. The property manager was very kind and messaged us before our stay letting us know that we could check in early if we wished and also let us know that we could check out anytime on the last day of our stay. We will definitely book this home again in the future for our next Pine getaway. Only heads up is that the driveway is very steep, but it was no issue for our trucks. Thanks for the great stay!

This property has the best views on the Mogollon Rim. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room, bedsand patio furniture were very comfortable. The host is the best…excellent communicator!

Great stay!

What a beautiful home! The views were amazing and the home was well put together. Had everything you needed and more! There was a lot of rules to this home, but i definitely understand why. The home is beautiful and the owner wants it to stay that way. The rules never made us feel uncomfortable what so ever. My children had a blast making smores on the firepit on the lower deck and playing fooseball in the play room downstairs. The huge garage was a big hit for my 6 year old who brought her skates and was enjoying skating her life away in there. We enjoyed a small hike and lakes and creeks are close by! Thank you for sharing this home with us.

Magnificent Views and Lots of Critters!

The porch was the biggest hit! Overlooking tall pines and lush greenery, we saw deer, elk, bunnies and squirrels. The local restaurants were amazing, especially The Strawberry Lodge Italian Restaurant and Rim Country BBQ and Wood-fired Pizza… Perfect for my son and daughter-in-law’s 24th wedding anniversary celebration. The kids enjoyed the game room and exploring the area. We loved the trip!
