”I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

”Everything about the room and property was beautiful, the craftsmanship was so meticulous, and the property was very clean and well maintained. Easy entry, peaceful surroundings, and an amazing turn of the century atmosphere!”

”Hotel, staff, and everything was really nice. Rooms are very modern but need to do something about AC being extremely loud, no black out curtains so we were up at 5 am. Loud trucks up and down the street early morning as well. Beds and pillows very average for a 5 star hotel. Needless to say we didn’t get a great sleep.”

”The staff was amazing. Very professional, and polite. It is hard to find such wonderful customer service in most industries these days, but these ladies were all above spectacular...... The Hot tub was not working, but the pool was. A little chilly, but refreshing.... Room was clean....”

”The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly showing us the history of the hotel. The room was clean but there was a bit of a smell especially in the main areas and hallway. The gentleman who checked us in reprimanded us for not using Expedia and didn’t share much about the hotel or town which wasn’t a great welcome. Overall a great location and cool history, but could use a refresh and some new energy.”

”Pictures were so old. Everything was brokenold, or a misrepresentation. Worst experience.”

”The entire place smelled like they tried to cover up years of wet dog odor by shampooing the carpets and then leaving them damp. They allow dogs, and trust me, you can tell the second you walk through the door. Honestly, I was ready to cut my losses and find a different hotel altogether, but my girlfriend was exhausted and just wanted to be done with it, so we stayed. Needless to say, I won't be staying there again. The only way I'd ever consider coming back is if it was some kind of absolute...

”I loved it there! Only thing is i feel like it should say free morning snacks, not free breakfast just because the only thing for breakfast is coffee and granola bars, and small muffins. Other then that it actually was nice, i do wish for the price there would have been a pool tho😂”

”Awful experience. We will never return to that hotel again. Somali manager was very rude and disrespectful to us when he could have easily spoken to us like a normal human being. Room looked clean also but stunk of something else that im unsure of so obviously not as clean as it should be and honestly we definitely overpaid for the hotel.”
