”The main plus was the extreme cleanliness of the room. That said, it was a bit worn down and the air conditioning was so loud it was hard to talk or sleep in our room. The pool was tiny (max capacity of 5) and cold, so we only ended up using it for a few minutes. The staff we encountered were friendly. The breakfast was as expected.”

”I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

”We have stayed here many times over the last five years. It is our go to property in the area. I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and the whole property is very clean.”

”We hosted a bridal shower for my soon to be daughter-in-law in the Hennessy suite. From the second we pulled up to the Crosby, all hands were on deck helping to bring all of our party supplies to the room. Greeted by staff and manager and personally escorted to the room to make sure we had everything we needed. The suite was perfect for the occasion, clean, spacious, comfortable, it was perfect. We had an amazing time at the Crosby and the Stillwater area.”

”I stayed here some years ago and this property was great. It’s really gone downhill since the last time I was there. The downsides were the room was pretty filthy and the mattress protector underneath the sheets looked like it had never been cleaned, and had all kinds of interesting stains. When we walked in one of the drapes was completely down and the window was open, (as in unlocked). Make sure you check that, especially if you’re on the ground floor. ”The property was in a desirable location; easy to get to and accessible to the expressway. It also was well maintained. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We were pleased with our experience and would return for another stay.”

”Beautifully maintained “mansion” with wonderful rooms. Quiet, huge room, comfortable bed, great shower and jetted tub. Fridge and coffee in the hall. AC. Nice breakfast spot just down the hill. Great location—right next to the amazing library and a couple blocks from downtown.”

”No phones that work in room. Only one of my key cards worked and ask to get another card but still only one card worked. Hallways smell. And the cleaning service was lazy to clean room only change towels didn't make beds . And the breakfast was no good not much choice. And if they run out the only person was at the front desk very little staff. Then when I check out a day early they won't help me to refund my 3rd day. Hotel just looks like they are trying to save money and are to cheap...
