”Room had a nice view. Was close to hiking trails. Had dinner at the restaurant which was convenient. Front desk woman was rude and not helpful. ”

”Waited half an hour outside the hotel at 1:30am after driving 10 hours to wait for someone to unlock the lobby door and check us in. Then had to wait for the staff to find us a pet-free room even though we had pre-booked a pet-free room. It was noisy and we maybe got 2 hours of sleep. The breakfast was pretty scarce as well, even though we went at 6am as soon as it started. ”

”There was NO internet connection and I had business I needed to finish in the evening. The red “you have a message” light was on. When I finally went to the lobby and found someone, he said to disregard the flashing red light (it was still on this morning when I left) and said something about the motel had called someone to fix the internet connection but they hadn’t come! ”The evening receptionist April was very friendly and helpful. The Suburban Suites side of the aged and partially renovated building are intended as long stays but because we only need one bed, we were put in Suburban Suites. The other side is EconoLodge and usually short stays. The room was clean but the hard floors had crumbs or something else on them. The room had a slight smell of old to it but it was clean. The bed was the worst part of the stay. My husband and I had rough time sleeping. It...
