I gave my stay 4 stars. The room was clean and bed were comfortable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the sink was clogged so the water would not drain properly without pulling the stopper out exposing what was clogging it (hair/spit, etc. it was disgusting) and the water pressure ...

The breakfast did not have the quantity to accommodate the amount of guests. Several items ran out and could not be restocked. Omelets were made to order but the ingredients weren't available. The juices were watered down. The glasses were dirty. There was a shortage of plates and utensils.
