”The hotel was undergoing renovations in the lobby and on the first floor, so the atmosphere was unsightly, dirty, and noisy. It is baffling why they charged the full rate for the stay. The breakfast was described as "very good," but this was simply not true. All of this completely ruined the mood.”

”Will never stay here or encourage anyone else to stay at this facility, everything that it displays on the website is COMPLETELY OPPOSITE of the actual facility. No locking outside doors, our room door wouldn’t lock either, old and very outdated, cold and mildew smell. We literally checked right back out and into a better hotel. ”

”The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and worked perfect for our trip. There was one evening that the shower kept going off and on and the toilets kept getting backed up. They were filling the outside pool though, so that might have had something to do with it.”

”The shower control was uncontrollable and continued to turn and turn to the point. I was fearful it would come out of the wall. It needs to be adjusted. The door automatically closes, and when it did, the lock popped loose from the door. It was eventually fixed the next day. There are a couple of other small things, but in general, it was not a good experience.”
