”My room was not clean, my shower head did not work, and my room was next to a staff area that was very loud.”

”I was kinda nervous based on the reviews, but I took a chance and I was pleasantly happy with our booking. The staff was very friendly, you could also request that your room be cleaned if the housekeepers were still there. The breakfast wasn’t spectacular, but I was thankful they at least had it. The pool was nice and it was clean, I know some of the reviews said it wasn’t so I was thankful that it was this time. Definitely will stay here again.”

”Conditioner dispenser was broke.staff did not have access to conditioner..had to go find a store at 11pm...hair dryer started smoking when we turned it on, a replacement was never given nor were we given any update on if they could get us one..day staff was great..night staff was terrible”
