”Will never stay here or encourage anyone else to stay at this facility, everything that it displays on the website is COMPLETELY OPPOSITE of the actual facility. No locking outside doors, our room door wouldn’t lock either, old and very outdated, cold and mildew smell. We literally checked right back out and into a better hotel. ”

”Checked in late Saturday and TV and phone not working. They said they will fix it tomorrow. Late return and they said that the maintenance man didn’t come in and gave me a different room. At least the tub isn’t pealing and looks filthy like the other room. Exterior is riddled with overflowing trash cans and a pee bottle in the parking lot. At least it was only $278 for four nights. ”Staff were friendly and polite. Room was not very well cleaned. Small curly black hairs all over especially in the bathroom. Tub was rusted and faucet dripped all night. Floors were scratched up and looked terrible. Beds shifted and walked across the floor if you moved at all. Appeared bug free though. It is advertised they have cribs/portable play yards and they do not. Definitely pet friendly. Heard multiple barking dogs all night as well as plenty of people outside our door talking and...

I went to the front desk to report the situation, I was only offered to switch to the room across the hall. And forced to make multiple trips up and down the elevator because the receptionist wanted the other room key back.
