”Room was spacious and very clean. The fridge was a good size and location was convenient for the activities we chose. The lobby was also spacious and comfortable.”

We visited in summer months so we did not need the fireplace but it did make the room feel very cozy - we enjoyed the cookies at check in as well as the coffee and tea bar in the room. The bathroom was nice and roomy and the property was well maintained. Will stay again when in Tahoe”

”Woman at the front desk possibly the owner was absolutely amazing. We got there a bit early and without questions she gave us the keys to our room. She was so friendly. The place was clean and appeared to be extremely modern and newly renovated. The location could not be better we walked everywhere. I will be returning and staying here again.”

”The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...

”This resort is in a great location. It is close to everything. The rooms has been renovated, but there were a few issues. The toilet didn't flush well and it was very noisy from upstairs. We enjoyed the breakfast and the parking was unique and close to our room.”

”Property is clean however the remote to our blinds did not work so my sister and I slept with blinds up, anyone walking past our room could peep in. A sheet to cover did not work, there was nothing to hang it on. Two women asleep with the potential of a passerby watching us sleep. This is unacceptable.”

”Bare bones and in need of update”

”The jacuzzi tub in the room was fantastic. The room was outdated otherwise. The bed was very comfortable, quiet area, would definitely stay there again”

”Consider no internet. No antenna and when it does connect, it is so slow it doesn’t even load a page. No coffee maker in the room. Ok clean but the old look will throw you off. Staff were nice.”
