”Very clean, quiet and well-kept. Great location.”

”I pre-paid for a night's stay. The unit was clean, everything was serviceable, the desk agent was polite. It appears to have been updated with new tile, shower doors, sink, furniture, lamps, carpet. The bed was comfortable and clean. The driveway could use a new layer of asphalt.”

”It was a really cool old motel with re-done rooms. It was quiet, beds and pillows were super comfy, the pool and hot tub were very clean and warm and the s’more supplies and a cold beer at check in made it a really great experience. Would definitely stay here again!”

”We continue to come back to the Timber Lodge because the facility and location are outstanding as well as all the staff that works here. Not much to complain about because it is clean, comfortable and well equipped both inside and outside the room. Couldn't ask for a more enjoyable experience in South Shore. Oh, and the restaurants are great also and easy walking distance. ”

”My dog and I got just what we were looking for. A nice quiet room close to restaurants and brewerys, great walking for the dog all around... a very nice updated room with everythying one would need.”

”The hot tub drain/ stopper was not working properly. The water kept leaking, so we had to refill the tub multiple times. The older gentlemen that checked us in were not particularly friendly, and made strange remarks about us having 10 people in one vehicle. We had 7 people and drive an SUV. It was an awkward check in experience overall. I feel like most of the staff we encountered weren't very hospitable. The bed was comfortable, room was dated, but generally clean.”

”Property needs some revival. Resort fee is a joke. Expect things to be loud, a lot of big groups. Mattress of the bed I had needs to be replaced. The property is located in a great place.”
