”The room was clean and cozy. We visited in summer months so we did not need the fireplace but it did make the room feel very cozy - we enjoyed the cookies at check in as well as the coffee and tea bar in the room. The bathroom was nice and roomy and the property was well maintained. Will stay again when in Tahoe”

”As we only stayed 3 nights our room was not serviced which was disappointing. Overall staff were friendly and helpful. Could use some refreshing in the pool / outdoor area (loungers, tables and chairs were a bit dated). The suite was nice, comfortable bed and decent furnishings. The kitchen was good but could have used toaster oven. Location was nice but had to uber to the downtown area but liked that it was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Only valet parking available. ”Property is near the Main Street with many activities and restaurants nearby. Good price for what you get. Quiet, clean, and cozy. Only thing is that some of our towels were stained but we worked around that. Good stay for a weekend trip as a couple.”

”Beautiful, well-maintained property in a centralized location. Staff was efficient, friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that we were charged for parking which had previously been complimentary when renting as a guest of an owner. As the family member of an owner, we are aware that when the owner uses their unit, they receive complimentary parking. Also the pool umbrellas were in back order so there was little shade/coverage on the pool deck. Other than this, we thoroughly enjoyed...

”The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...

”The location is perfect, we can walk to the shops and restaurants. The hotel is pet friendly and they have a goodie bag waiting for your fur baby. They also have a fire pit by the pool if you wanted to stay warm and chill.”
