”It’s sad I have to report the bad things because if it wasn’t for them being extreme I would give this property a 5 star rating. ”I booked through Expedia and didn’t realize this was a timeshare property. No one at check in said anything about it and there was never any pressure to buy from them, as they didn’t even mention it. The room I had was great, clearly recently renovated. Some suggestions based on what we observed The restaurant for the first two nights were excellent but Friday night out of tea and there was paper cooked inside my hamburger was refunded but not given any replacement. Second day came back to made beds third day beds not made. Only 3 towels and 3 cups in a suite with 5 people. Room was by elevator and ice machine so noise all night. ”
