”This was a clean place and the staff was extremely helpful. I was unable to check in before check in time was closed and they accommodated me to allow my boyfriend to be the one to come check in instead of me.”

”The motel is in disrepair with external stairs being uneven and having exposed nails and torn carpet. The inside of the room was dirty in the corners, there was hair in the sink, and the sink was clogged. The bedding and sheets seemed clean, however.”

”The room is good and clean. Staff was okay but if you have a big group and multiple rooms. Make sure you ask for first floor. I guess the floor don’t have great sound proofing, when you walk as soft as you can it still makes huge noises which the staff would call you and knock on your door to stop walk around. Not sure how I’m not going to walk around…….. it’s a vacation, not gonna waste it all on sleep. Otherwise it was great, waterpark was perfect. Very family friendly.”

”It is more like someone’s timeshare apartment than a resort. Online check in, use mobile phone to communicate. Be aware! You need to take out your own trash and NO housekeeping services. They make you sign an agreement online before arrival, if you fail to comply their rules, you will be charged. Entire resort only us, then they stick another new check in next to our townhouse. And the porch is connected. In another word we had to share the porch with other strangers while the rest of...

”lots of renovations. constant noise. very dusty environment. We took breakfast at 8am and everything was cold. They put us on the wing where they were doing major construction and they told me the hotel was full but we were alone at the breakfast at 8am!!! We will never go back there. So many nice hotels in Lac George.”

”I love the charm and history of the Queensberry. Walkable to many shops and restaurants in a quaint downtown. The staff is great and the on-site restaurants are amazing as well.”

”Owners were very nice. The rooms are what you would expect in Lake George. The driveway was ripped up and a little hard to navigate. Pool had a leak, out of order. But all in all not a bad place.”

”I stayed for one night last minute. This is the cheapest accommodations in the area by far, but you definitely get what you pay for. Air conditioning wasn't the greatest, and the TV did not work. Bed sheets and towels were clean. It was a bit loud at night, there were some barking dogs and loud people in the halls. I stayed in a non smoking room but all my clothes picked up the odor in the room, which smelled like stale smoke. Overall it served my needs for a place to sleep.”
