”For the price and 7 minutes from the beach it’s convenient, along with everything else that’s around! But you get what you pay for, No one comes to the room to change towels you have to go down to the office to change them. there was a little mold in the corner of the shower, I think the shower could’ve been cleaned better along with desks/counters. I personally think the A/C worked great but I’m also someone who has their house set to 73 year round. Breakfast wasn’t your normal continental...

”Everyone knows about the elevators ! So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf”

”Upon arriving 30 minutes early we were told that the room was not ready. In actuality- it was in fact ready. We bought$200 in groceries so I could cook and save some money. We get back and there is NO COOKWARE. I paid the extra money for a kitchen so that I doesn't spend$400 eating out. I was told they DO NOT provide cookware. What good is a stove and a kitchen of you can't cook!!? That should be clearly stated before booking! We go to take showers and the shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash...

”Air conditioning was broke- leaking. We notified the front desk, and it was fixed and cleaned up by the time we arrived back at the room. Great service!”

”This place is a dump. Saw two drug deals while walking my service dog. Being a retired cop that worked dumps like this. I knew what I was looking at and my service K9 alerted me as well. Went inside the office and clerk was arguing with two different guests. After about 5 minutes we left without even checking in. We were able to find a much nicer and safer place 10 minutes down the road.”

”This property was very cozy and was easily accessible to the beach and other amenities. It was really clean and the beds were extremely comfortable!”

”The room itself was nice. unfortunately i received a double bed room when i booked a king size bed but that was okay, the room maintained a well temperature and it was a clean place. the “amenities” weren’t available during my 3 night stay. the arcade was closed the entire trip, the restaurant was closed the entire 3 day trip, as well as the bar. the food court that was on site never had hot food ready to be served, only drinks and muffins/patries. i was disappointed that none of the amenities...
