Buongiorno,ci spiace che la nostra ospitalità non sia stata da voi apprezzata, contrariamente a tutti gli altri nostri graditi ospiti. Avremmo gradito almeno conoscere le vostre motivazioni per correggere eventuali nostri errori, ma avete effettuato il check out in autonomia e non c'è stato modo di vederci, almeno per salutarci.Grazie comunque del giudizio, che ci sprona a migliorare.Cordiali saluti

Mi spiace per il giudizio negativo. Non ce l'aspettavamo, vi avevamo visto molto contenti e sorridenti durante il soggiorno, e non avete rappresentato alcun problema. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto accogliere la vostra richiesta di effettuare il chech in di notte. possiamo andare oltre l'orario previsto (dalle 16 alle 19), ma non oltre le 24. Spero che non sia stato questo il motivo: gli orari di chech in e di check out sono ben evidenziati nella descrizione dell'alloggio.E' stato comunque un piacere conoscervi ed avervi nostri ospiti.Perdón por la calificación negativa. No lo esperábamos, te vimos muy feliz y sonriente durante tu estadía, y no representaste ningún problema.Desafortunadamente, no pudimos atender su solicitud de registrarse por la noche. podemos ir más allá del horario programado (del 16 al 19), pero no más tarde del 24. Espero que no haya sido por eso: los horarios de entrada y salida están claramente indicados en la descripción del alojamiento.Sin embargo, fue un placer conocerlos y tenerlos como nuestros invitados.

We are sorry that for about 10 minutes the children of our creative laboratory ran a little in the garden, disturbing your well-deserved rest. They were immediately recalled and rebuked properly. However, this hypothetical dirt did not stop you from enjoying our pool and our toilets with joy and free beyond the time of check-in, leaving your luggage in storage all day long, free of charge, as your plane departed in the late afternoon. We are very happy that you were our guest. Unfortunately, having abundantly used the kitchen of the apartment, using dishes with an unpleasant, very persistent smell, we had to do a special and very detailed washing of the apartment and the fabrics and curtains, also replacing the filters of the kitchen hood and those of the air conditioners , always without charging any cost. I sincerely hope that the next time you want to be our welcome guest, you will use our highly regarded Restaurant I Lumi for your meals. Thanks again and goodbye.

I believe that at the end of the season we will be richer than friends and experiences: it is very nice to meet different people from different countries: we all come out more enriched, more aware of the great gift that is life. Thank you for being our guests. We hope to meet again in futuro. For next year we have planned the renovation of the pool lining and the improvement of some furnishings and equipment, to make the stay at the Residence San Rossore ever more unforgettable.
