”No pool, security kind of sketchy, loud kids running upstairs like a drill sergeants and jumping off their bed starting at 7AM. Water doesn’t get hot for long in the shower. ”

”The unit is extremely close to the Prudential Center. Host was extremely quick to answer any questions I had. The unit was clean and came with pretty much anything you could need to show up with just clothes and groceries.”

”The apartment was on the 3rd floor which was pretty hard for husband who had a hip replacement 2 weeks prior & I am handicapped & have a very difficult time going upstairs. The property was also not as clean as i wpuld like”

”The apartment was super-clean, with a comfortable bed and the sheets smelled so fresh. Checking in was easy. Alonzo was always available to answer questions; he got back to us almost immediately with answers to our questions. Good location, a short walk to Newark Penn Station. A quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby, as well as a Whole Foods and wine store adjacent to Whole Foods. A good experience and we look forward to our next visit!”

”This place was in a great location to get transportation to New York City. It was very clean and the owner responded quickly. The only thing is there is not a lot of room in the kitchen/living area. So if you are going with the big group it is very tight.”

”Host had double booked using multiple calendars. I found this out 1 hour before we were supposed to arrive and 1 hour after our check in time. Customer service was also not helpful and didn’t call me back. Thankfully I did get refunded but had to scramble to find something as an alternative day of which is always a more pricey endeavor. I will not be using VRBO again thanks to this listing and my experience. ”

”Nice location to stay if you plan to visit new york city. Rooms were clean and decent. Owner was very prompt in responding any query.”

”The place is an apartment complex with security. The furniture slid across the floor whenever we sat down. The leg on the bed about broke with our weight. Was told I could have early check in but then was told that there was no record of the conversation but I have the receipt, and sent it but was ignored after I sent it. Was made to clean the place or was threatened to be charged, but this was not in the agreement. Misleading and unprofessional. The floor was not swept or mopped. ”
