Villa Martinelli tarjoaa upeat näkymät Pistoian historialliseen kaupunkiin, helpon matkan päässä Toscanan pääkaupungista Firenzessä. Hotelli sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla rentoutumalla uima-altaalla ja vie aikaa Toscanan aarteiden vierailemiseen. Villa Martinelli on pieni kylä Valdibrana, totesi Toscanassa sen tuotannon herkullisia oliiviöljyä. Talo sijaitsee kauniissa oliivilehdessä, joka tuottaa alueen parhaita öljyjä. Asunto on hiljattain remontoitu, jossa parivuode ja yksi makuuhuone. Pistoian yläpuolella oleva sijainti varmistaa, että ilma on aina tuoretta ja ilmastointia varten, kun sää kuumenee.

We had a very happy stay at Villa Martinelli
The villa is small but perfect for a couple. It was immaculately clean. There is a small spiral staircase to the bedrooms. The garden and pool are lovely. There are lots of places to sit, so you can catch sun or shade throughout the day, and the views over the Tuscan hills and down to the lights of Pistoia were magical. The pool is lovely and clean. The owners live next door and are the most fantastic hosts, bringing us olive oil, wine, fruits and vegetables from their garden. We had a lovely last evening chatting and drinking homemade limoncello with Beatrice and Stefan. Thank you both and of course Michael for helping us have a perfect holiday.

Een klein paradijsje
Vanaf de aankomst tot het vertrek een geweldige vakantie gehad. Appartement is klein maar groot genoeg. De gastheer Stefano en zijn vrouw Beatrice zijn uiterst vriendelijk en zorgen dat het je aan niets ontbreekt zonder dat je privacy aangetast wordt. Stefano maakt prosecco, lambrusco, witte en rode wijn, limoncello en perst ook nog zelf olijfolie. Hij is hier trots op en dat mag ook want het smaakte allemaal even goed. Kortom, we hebben genoten.

Beautiful Place!
We stayed here for just over two weeks and cannot rave enough about the generosity Stefano, Beatrice & Michele showed us. The place is very clean, our hosts were gracious and helpful. Our stay was very comfortable and Stefano & Beatrice would gift us with treats. Would highly recommend as a quiet get away and home base if you are touring Northern Italy. Thank you so much! We would definitely stay here again

Der Urlaub war sehr ruhig und erholsam. Das Haus ist hoch am Berg; ein KFZ ist von Vorteil. Mal eben in ein Restaurant oder Bar zu laufen ist zumindest für uns nicht so einfach. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm und fürsorglich. Insgesamt war es perfekt.

Fabulous Tuscan Retreat
This is a perfect place for a couple. The inside was great for the two of us and the outside space and pool was fabulous. As for our hosts we couldn’t have asked for a more friendly, helpful and generous family. When we arrived it was late afternoon and the local restaurant was closed so we were offered and presented with a wonderful home cooked pasta dish. Throughout our stay we were given wine, Prosecco and olive oil all locally produced and wonderful. We had a great time and can’t thank our hosts enough. One thing to note is a spiral staircase which was fine for us but might be tricky for some.

Excellent villa for relaxing break
Villa Martinelli is set in a beautiful, quiet hilltop location with stunning views from the apartment and outdoor areas. The facilities inside and out are excellent. The hosts were friendly, helpful and generous but also were respectful of our privacy. The location is handy for visiting Pistoia and beyond but we were so comfortable at the villa that we enjoyed the sun, the views and the peace there for most of our stay.

Ein Traum
Ein wunderschöner Urlaub bei wundervollen Gastgebern! (@ Stefano, danke für die Steinpilze und den Wein!) Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist bei Beatrice, Stefano und Michele genau richtig.Die Lage ist ideal, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Und nach einem Ausflug kann man am Pool herrlich entspannen! Das Panorama von der Terrasse werden wir wohl nie wieder vergessen. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts! Alles war sehr gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Insgesamt der wohl beste Toskana Urlaub den wir jeh gehabt haben.

Toller Urlaub abseits des Trubels
Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es liegt abseits des üblichen Touristentrubels in den Bergen oberhalb von Pistoia. Die Unterkunft hat drei Betten verteilt auf zwei Schlafzimmer. Sie hat eine Wohnküche mit allem was man braucht. Bei schönem Wetter ist man eh meist draußen und genießt den großen Pool. Wenn etwas fehlt kann man jederzeit die Besitzer nebenan fragen, sie helfen immer schnell und sie sind sehr freundlich. Auch zu Ausflugstipps oder Tischreservierungen in sehr guten lokalen Restaurants kann man sie befragen. Man wird immer freundlich unterstützt. Von Pistoia ist man schnell auf der Autobahn Florenz - Pisa. Diese Städte besucht man aber am besten mit der Bahn. Das ist einfacher und streßfreier. Aber auch Pistoia hat eine schöne historische Innenstadt mit tollen Läden und die Festung am südöstlichen Ende der Stadt ist auch einen Besuch wert.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in der Toskana
Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Stefano, Beatrice und Michele sind großartige Gastgeber, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben und jederzeit hilfsbereit waren. Ihr traumhaftes Anwesen, der spektakuläre Pool (den wir komplett alleine nutzen durften) und die schöne Ausstattung der Wohnung haben all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Unsere 3jährige Tochter war ebenfalls restlos begeistert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Familie, tolle Lage, traumhafte Aussicht
Nach einer für deutsche Verhältnisse sehr abenteuerlichen Zufahrt wurden wir durch die Familie sehr nett empfangen. Die Wohnung machte sofort einen einladenden Eindruck, es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir durften bei traumhaften Wetter den wunderschönen Ausblick von der Terrasse genießen. Auch auf dem großen Außengelände war alles sauber und ordentlich. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Familie wohnt direkt im Eingang nebenan, die Oma wohnt hat ihren Eingang unter der Terrasse (Zwischenterrasse zum Pool). Ab und an wurden wir gefragt, ob alles okay ist, ansonsten ließ uns die Familie unseren Urlaub genießen. Der Pool war sehr sauber, da dieser nicht beheizt ist, zum schwimmen war es jedoch bereits zu kalt im Oktober. Dies war für uns aber nicht negativ, die Liegen waren trotzdem bei schönem Wetter nutzbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, um ein essen zuzubereiten. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, funktionierenden Herd, Dunstabzug, Toaster und Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und einen Kaffeekocher. Besteck und Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Das funktionale Bad im oberen Bereich ist dem Schlafzimmer angegliedert, das Kind hat durch das Schlafzimmer durch einen eigenen Raum mit Tür (muss somit durch das Schlafzimmer uns Bad). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und planen, nocheinmal wieder zu kommen.

Nice and relaxing place close to culture and interesting cities
Very friendly, helpful and forthcoming family hosting us. A place in vicinity of Lucca, Pisa, Firenze offering quieteness and a beautiful view over rather big Pistoia but being just above and off the city with a comfortable cooling evening air from the mountains in contrast to the hot cities. We enjoyed the relaxing stay with nice garden space, terrace(s) pool, sun, view and roaring deers. September 2021.

simply superb
I've met many wonderful hosts but Stefano and Beatrice were in a league of their own: they have so much natural warmth and kindness: our 4-year old son was glued to Beatrice as soon as he spotted her, and she was wonderful with him. The little house is lovely for 2-3 people, lovingly equipped, with Stefano's great home-made wine adding a wonderful personal touch. The views are spectacular, but what really made this a unique experience was the superb pool, just for us! it made such a difference to be able to go in when we wanted, for how long we wanted, etc. The pool, just like the property, are kept immaculately clean at all times. Pistoia is such a wonderful place to explore, with great restaurants (including one locally), some nice shops, and plenty of culture. But it is also a fantastic gateway to Pisa, Florence, Lucca, etc. We could not recommend this place more: a wonderful location with perfect hosts - what more do you need for a perfect vacation?

Fantastisk Gæstfrihed.
Lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt, og værter der der var meget opmærksomme på at vi havde det godt. Vi havde lidt besvær med at finde hinanden ved ankomsten, hvor vi skulle mødes ved en kirke. Det kunne måske være en god ide at opgive adressen på kirken så man kan bruge GPS til at at finde den rigtige. Vi havde et dejligt ophold, hvor værterne var meget behjælpelige, og ovenikøbet lavede hjemmelavet pizza, hvor vi spiste sammen en aften.

Good taste of Tuscany life!
We spent 12 days in this lovely place. First of all the warm welcome of our hosts, Beatrice and Stefano, was so nice after our long trip by car. The house was very clean and it was nicely chilled inside due to the airco. There were bottles of homemade red wine and olive oil, cookies, as well as a bottle of white wine and refreshments in the fridge. So nice! Further the really stunning views outside on the historic city of Pistoia and the beautiful surrounding green hills makes this place perfect! Last but not least the large and very clean pool was in one word GREAT! We enjoyed it so much. Beatrice and Stefano are doing their very atmost of making their guests feeling at home! They are living close by, but they respect your privacy. You want to have a real taste of Tuscany life? Villa Martinelli has it all. We definately recommend this property! Top Lage und hohe Gastfreundlichkeit
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man so Benötigt. Waschmaschine, Toster usw. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Kleine Geschenke gab es bei der Ankunft auch noch.

Perfect!
Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. Voor ons de eerste keer een woning gehuurd i.p.v camping. We hebben genoten . Als eerste al het ontvangst. We werden in het dorp opgehaald (de weg naar huisje had wat oefening nodig, smalle weg. Maar dat went. Daarna hartelijk ontvangen met lokale drank, spijs, olijfolie etc. Huisje was perfect . Lekker koel, maar indien gewenst is er airco op de kamer. Uitzicht was fantastisch, elke dag op je terras eten met dit uitzicht dan heb je minder behoefte aan uit eten . Lekker bbq en in eigen tuin was ook perfect . Ook hebben we genoten van het heerlijke zwembad . Dit maakt het huisje helemaal af! Praktisch ; supermarkt op 10 minuten rijden. Vers brood is dus niet s,morgens lopen te halen. Vandaar dat wij afbak brood kochten voor de oven. Kortom: super huisje, prachtig uitzicht , heerlijk zwembad en lieve mensen. Ik raad het zeker iedereen aan.

A gem of a space!
My husband and I spent over a week at this beautiful property nestled in the hills of Pistoia. Our hosts, Beatrice, Stefano and Michael were absolutely wonderful. We were greeted with warmth and a variety of gifts from olive oil to some desserts. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this home. There is a spiral staircase that leads to the bedroom and bathroom, so if accessibility is a concern this may not be the option for you, but if accessibility is not a concern, this is an absolute gem.
