”Situated just above the central plaza, this small hotel is very nice and the staff accommodating and friendly. There might be too many steps up for some guests, but the view at Huayna Picchu from the windows and the breakfast terrace is rewarding. Warmly recommended. ”

”On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient. ”Great location and everyone was so helpful and friendly. They met us at the train station and took us to get Machu Picchu tickets straight away. Room was a great size, shower was good with hot water, however the jacuzzi bath was a let down, brown smelly water and jets projected water all over the room, but to be honest wasn’t bothered whether it was there or not. The staff was also very helpful holding our bags and delivering them to our room.. We also enjoyed walking around the area around the hotel and the market and it was only a block to walk to the train station.”
