âWe never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior
The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didnât respond to our or the property management companyâs many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere
A week later the owner still hadnât responded or apologized for our familyâs considerable inconvenience...

âWe had a lovely time at Hope Lake Lodge. My issue was with Expedia! They booked us into a room that the lodge no longer had available. We ended up in a smaller room. The staff at the lodge told us they had been dealing with Expediaâs screw up all day long!â

âStated here before wonât come back bed sheets stained with what looked like blood found on my second night as that side of the bed wasnât used bathroom light flickered then went out and on last night the outlets near bed stopped working. Ran out of toilet paper and no one was at desk had to run and buy my own at the store. Complained to customer service and they did nothing to compensate the horrible stayâ
