”After initially having a room with some degree of noise from the reception area, we were moved immediately to a much quieter room which met our needs for our 2 week stay. The team could not have been more friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In fact we feel like we made some very good friends and were sad to leave. ”We had a super nice visit to Batsi - we had a family room, which was just perfect for us. Small kitchenette, separate bedroom and living room and a huge terrace. Weather was windy and a bit cold so we didnt try the pool. Very nice service, our stay was excellent altogether! Would recommend for families in a heart beat.”
