”The staff were warm and welcoming. The location was absolutely beautiful and from our terrace we could enjoy views of the medieval city. The only complaint I had was no bar or restaurant service after breakfast. The pool are and hot tub were nice amenities. ”

”The hotel is first rate. We had balcony rooms on the second floor and they were large (almost suites) with beautiful bathrooms. The hotel was still very lush even in mid-October. The restaurant is the real gem of the property. It firmly deserves it's one Michelin star. We did have dinner there one night and though expensive it was one of the 3 best meals I have ever eaten. ”The hotel and its garden were beautiful. Hosts were very helpful. For example they change immediately the mattress when I told there was a hole middle of it. They also wanted to wash our car because birds were pooped on it. :D The breakfast was good. This is not a five star hotel, but maybe that's just one good thing about it. We had everything we needed and the good service was a big part of it.”

”We went on a family trip to the South of France and just picked the hotel because it was in a good location regarding where we wanted to go during the daytime. Was a great place, rooms clean, bathroom newly done and nothing to complain about! If you are looking to visit the riviera or Saint Paul de Vence I would definitely recommend this place! Can't judge the breakfast since I didn't eat it but a family member said even with the 6€ continental breakfast you can get enough to fill your stomach...

”We stayed at La Bastide Gourmande with my family for 4 nights. The new owners Antoine and Ilham have some an amazing job renovating and upgrading the hotel. They were super helpful and friendly. We will for sure return here with the family, and hopefully sometimes also only the adults, as the hotel is also a nice romantic little hideout. ”
