Alux House is located at the south end of the famous Placencia sidewalk. 40 feet from the sidewalk this central location offers visitors the ability to be close to everything, but still be located in a quieter area than right in the middle of things.

The suite is 550 square feet which includes 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a large living space with a queen sofa bed, full kitchen dining area and 2 bathrooms.

There is AC located in the bedroom, ceiling fans located throughout and fans if necessary.

Through sliding doors in the living room you will find a large patio where your relaxation can begin. Down the stairs you will find the plunge pool for a cool down. What else can you ask for?

You have full access to all your suite and common property have to offer.

We do not live in Placencia all year round, but have a fantastic staff to help you while your there. Both a Romina and Dora will be around or easily contactable via the phone in your room.

Most of the village can be seen on foot. Golf carts are very common and you can rent them at multiple locations in the village.

The pool does not have a fence or gate and there is no life guard on duty. Use of this amenity is at your own risk.

Only registered guest are allowed to use the pool.
The property and suites are non smoking. There is a $200 fine for smoking on the property.
Dogs are welcome, but must be registered. Unregistered dogs, including service dogs, will be fined $50 and any extra cleaning charges.
