Tämä upea, moderni huvila on vain 75 metrin päässä merestä kauniissa Belizessä! Swan Villas on upea uusi kehitys Placencia-niemimaalla, jossa yhdistyvät taiteellisesti moderni estetiikka ja ylelliset mukavuudet. Tämän huvilan alempi taso on erillinen kahden makuuhuoneen koti, ja voit jopa vuokrata koko kaksikerroksisen huvilan, jos haluat!

Nauti kupillinen kahvia terassilla, josta on näkymät uskomattomille puutarhoille ja laguunille, tai aloita aamusi nopealla aamiaisella, joka heitetään helposti keittokomeroon! Vietä päiväsi rentoutumalla rannalla suosikkikirjasi kanssa tai katsomassa televisiota rakkaasi kanssa. Rentoudu päivän päätteeksi poreallas, jossa on aromaterapia- ja kromatografiajärjestelmät, ennen kuin nukahdat mukavalle pyöreälle king-vuodelle. Voit pysyä mukavana jopa kuumimpana kesäpäivänä mukana toimitetun ilmastoinnin ansiosta!

Not for tall people

This is a beautiful and creative property. If you are over 6 feet tall you may have an issue with low ceilings. I am 6'3" and hit my head so many times during the first day that we didn't stay a second day. Other factors that influenced our decision to leave included a lack of hot water in the shower and what we consider a major design flaw for this climate which is a total lack of screens on any window. We left the windows open at night as suggested by the guest book (and to dilute the overwhelming odor of cleaning solutions) and we woke up in the middle of the night covered in flying ants. (note - if you are sensitive to chemical agents like Fabuloso - be aware - the odors are strong and there's no ventilation when the windows are shut). We were not able to reach anyone at the three numbers that were provided. We checked out even though we had no response from our messages and no manager was on site prior to check out time to discuss the matter, and we have still not had a response to these matters from the management team (after 3 phone calls and 3 emails) but our last email did get an impersonal response addressed to "Dear guests" letting us know that someone is "taking a closer look". This is a great location if you are shorter in stature and visiting during a season when insects are less active. There's definitely a sense of being on your own here, which is great unless there are issues.

Beautiful in every way!

Accommodations were excellent, very private but close enough to walk to restaurants. The views you see on the listing are spot on accurate, but more majestic in person. The people of Belize are very friendly and outgoing. Our local manager Mr. Chris Webb and his wife were magnificent, helped with coordinating what ever we needed and made many great referrals, think we’d been lost without him. If you’re on the fence about this rental, don’t be, worth every penny and then some!

Unique Retreat Near Maya Beach

Loved our Turtle 2nd floor studio. The rooms are so light and airy and we enjoyed a beautiful view from every part of the studio. The infinity pool was beautiful, although we didnt spend much time in it.

Swan Villas is a beautiful and private community that has wonderful views of the lagoon and the beach access is only a few feet across the road. The villas are so unique in design and the infinity pool and surrounding area are so beautiful! We really enjoyed staying here!!

Wonderful! Highly recommend to stay here!

Owner is so lovely and available for any needs. Beautiful to have ocean sunrise on other side of road and bay sunset outside your window. Nice to be able to use kayaks, bikes and snorkel gear and access to local mobile phone. Lovely Resturant’s in walking distance. The sand flies kept us off the beach but the property was lovely to stay at. Local bus safe and easy and most reasonable to get to Placencia. Chocolate factory nearby very interesting. Quiet and peaceful with beautiful birds on the balcony each day.

Amazing home...but not for tall people

But 4 stars if you are under 5’8”, but would not recommend if 6ft+. We stayed in the upper suite and the place is stunning! Incredible design, the shower was huge and however the ceilings are very low and there are odd juts with light fittings which my husband kept hitting his head one quite badly. We had bad weather when we stayed which meant some days indoors and unfortunately the soundproofing is not there so it was very noisy with voices and the washer dryer going constantly because of the bad weather. The 2 bedroom apartment downstairs has a wonderful kitchen but upstairs you just have one hot plate and very limited supply of cutlery, plates and bowls. If you are looking to cook your own meals then the lower space is ideal. Great infinity pool, kayaks and bikes and there is a small supermarket about 10 mins cycle north and a larger Publix 20 mins south. The property would benefit from more sun loungers but Montse was great about getting us a toaster and fixing a flat tire on the bikes the same day. Getting into Placencia is expensive @$20usd each way but there are golf carts to hire nearby. We had dinner @ Singing Sands one night and the food was very good. Beach is straight across the road and if you turn south you have beautiful deserted palm tree fringe sands all to yourself. We saw no one for the 5 days we were there! Excursions to the cayes are a little more expensive here than Caye Caulker so budget for $120 to $130 per person.

Incredible, unique experience in Placencia!

My fiancé and I had such a wonderful stay in the Swan Villas. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, and the architecture and design of the villas are one of a kind! Waking up to the sound of the ocean waves and seeing the view of the water was truly paradise. It was a short drive into the town center, and our host, Montse, had so many wonderful recommendations for us. We also got to take the kayaks & snorkels to a small island near the property to see corals and fish! I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Placencia!

Amazing, Awesome, highly recomend

We got to the house and was taken back by how beautiful the entire house and grounds were. We stayed in one of the upstairs studios, and I can't say enough about the suite, huge comfortable bed, huge balcony, along with a huge rain shower (as big as a walk in closet) surrounded by opalescent blue rocks with a window and a bench seat. The pool is my favorite! I really don't get in the water much, but you could not get me out of that pool. The owner Montse was very helpful with nearby places to go. Don't miss out on The Bistro in Maya Beach, hands down the best place to eat breakfast lunch and dinner!

Unique, comfortable property with beautiful views

Swan Villas was very enjoyable for my wife and me. The property manager contacted us prior to our arrival to ensure that she would be able to meet with us upon our arrival. We were given a tour of the property, including information about the beautiful pool and the bikes, kayaks and paddleboards available to us at no additional charge. The property is as advertised and I especially like the cool breeze on the balcony in the evening while watching the sunset over the lagoon. Also the property manager provided a map of Placencia and highlighted businesses that she felt we would enjoy, suggested activities and points of interest in the district, and went out of her away to be accommodating and available should we need anything. We had a rental car and it was a short drive to downtown Placencia. Thanks for your suggestions Montse; all of them were spot on.

Best EVER! We Will be Back!!!

We travel out of the country at least three times a year and this is the best accommodation we've ever experienced!!!! Here's why: Service - beyond compare Style - this goes without saying and the reality of the pictures is unbelievable!! Cleanliness - this is ever-present...very important to them SPACE - this unit is HUGE!! VIEW - breathtaking (even in the shower > that WINDOW!) from all parts of the room. The windows are strategically placed for breeze and for the view Details - everything you need for comfort/everything you need if you like to eat in POOL- perfect temperature, perfect view, perfect size, and they take painstaking effort to keep it clean, even using small brushes and snorkels to clean the surfaces! Extras: These guys are a team that communicates among themselves in such a way that the guest is always taken care of. They remain available via text, call, or during their regular checks on the property. They are "always around" ready and willing to assist and will all go out of their way to provide the ultimate stay here. We will be back!

Absolutely PERFECT experience!

First off, the property looks great in the photos, but even more outstanding in person! I absolutely thought it was beautiful! It's location was great, not near anything, peaceful, and on one side of you is a beautiful lagoon and across the street is the ocean. We were lucky enough to rent a golf cart right from Rudy, and loved our cruise into town each day. Rudy also ensured that we were accommodated at the airport upon arrival and our way back to the airport. The infinity pool was so refreshing! We loved the cleanliness and cool modern style of our room. The shower was my favorite! Rudy and his wife were extremely accommodating, ensuring always that we had everything we needed. There is wifi so Rudy offered communication at anytime with him this way. There are bikes and kayaks for our use, which we kayaked on the ocean one day to an island. Rudy makes great recommendations, such as the company Splash for a day trip of snorkeling (which was outstanding) and a restaurant just beyond Swan Villa called Maya Beach Bistro (which we ended up eating there 3 times in 3 days!). I loved every part of the experience with Swan Villa and will be returning next year! I wouldn't change a thing! It was the best! And the price is outstanding, way less expensive and nicer and newer than any other option!

Amazing property :-)

We stayed at the property for few nights. The owners are the nicest people are ever met and they were so helpful. The property is amazing. The pool is a wonderful spot during the day and in the evening when it lights up under the millions stars. Beautiful suit - lovely decorated - it has everything you need. Very clean and spacious. We will come back this year again and for sure stay at that location.
