”A little dated but still the best place to stay in Venice! It is great there is beach and shark tooth sifting equipment. The shark tooth sifters need to be redone so the zip ties are faced down on the bottom only - we got cut / stabbed several times by sharp edges sticking up while trying to sift.”

”Our stay was very enjoyable despite a couple big setbacks. Condo was decorated very nicely, with the exception of a stained bathtub. The condo was clean with the exception of a fair amount of sand in the living room. Since this is a beach condo, it was not the end of the world. Location was terrific. Everything we could possible need was less than a 5 minute drive away. We loved the screened-in porch from which we watched the sunset over the water each night. ”Whenever we arrived to the property we found it than described. I was pleasantly surprised that each time I thought of something I needed to cook, wanted to use at the beach or harbor, I looked and it was there. We felt spoiled by how well Lisa and Chris stocked and cared for the condo. We spent 7 nights and enjoyed every one. We are already planning a return trip because we did not want to leave.”

”This was really a nice getaway for our anniversary. The accommodations were as depicted in the listing pictures. It was clean and well kept. The beach was very accessible and we appreciated the use of the umbrella and beach chairs in the storage unit. The views were very nice from the balcony and there were a number of restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend and use again.”

”The property was convenient and served the purpose. The place could sure use some TLC, especially the back patio. The throw rugs and flooring in the kitchen need to be replaced, they are too far gone and bring the ambience down. It was a good place to stay, but glad I have moved on”

”We enjoyed our stay on LGI. House is clean and has ample space. Kitchen is huge and living space has lots of seating. Bedrooms are a little tight. The beach is very close by, but I would recommend you bring your own chairs. House is well stocked but if there is rain be sure to bring your bug spray as area around house has lots of standing water. Our host was great communicating any information we needed, and we had no issues during our stay.”

”I stayed with my family for Labor Day weekend at this lovely and cozy property. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Warren, the host, was amazing and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. The location was great, and the beach was fantastic. For my birthday, I wanted a peaceful long weekend, and this place exceeded all my expectations. The night sky was so clear that we could see all the stars.
