”It was a pleasure to stay in this hostel. There's a shared bathroom with one shower and two toilets but it was clean and the water was hot. The room was clean and it was quiet and peaceful to get some sleep. The Niños restaurant served delicious food, better try it on your visit! The price of the hotel room (without a private bathroom) was quite high for me (the highest on my trip in Peru) but I guess Cusco is expensive in general.”

”The location was perfect---tucked away from the business of city center, yet only 2 blocks away from everything. The service was Impeccable! Every staff member was friendly, helpful and inviting. We enjoyed staying here so much the first week we returned after our trek. In addition, they stored out luggage safely during the trek for free. Food was also, very tasteful and plentiful. Highly recommend.”

”We stayed here for two nights with my wife. The location is great and the breakfast was nice. Also the hotel property is well maintained and the room is on good condition. However the room's air quality left a lot to be desired. Neither of us are sensitive to bad air quality but the both of us had our noses running. The ventilation for the room seemed to be inadequate and the bed sheets had a strong smell of chlorine on them. Overall not really good value for money. Would not recommend this...

”Amazing hotel in every way! Location is perfect right in the center, easy walk everywhere. It’s beautiful inside - stylish, cool, and room was spacious, very clean and well decorated. Staff was over the top friendly and helpful. Gham was great during the day and helped us with recommendations, drinks, and booking a good price for a van. At night Will was so nice and patient when we needed some things late at night too. We only stayed 2 nights but wish we could have been more. Highly...

”Amazing stay! Cannot rate this hotel highly enough. We stayed in the deluxe suite and it was exactly, if not better, than advertised. You can see into the mountains from a king bed through 2 huge windows. The staff is so kind and helpful. The free breakfast was a wide spread of food and was delicious and there was free coco tea all day to help with the altitude. 10/10 recommended for Cusco”

Ambiance, cleanliness, day of massage arrangements, cozy hot water bottle to warm the bed when we arrived so late after some travel hiccups. Had a balcony room and it was a lovely spot to sit. Doors not soundproof, and sound carries floor to floor up the central stairs. If the hotel calls a taxi, they come right up, but if your taxi drops you off you might get dropped a block or two away due to narrow/one way/not...
