”Staff was rude, no Good Morning, No good evening and if you try to rent some of those kayaks or pedal boats, it is nearly impossible. Location and nature is good, but otherwise hotel needs some renovations and new furniture.”

”Place and staff were great. Lagoon was rough but everything se made up for it. The staff was pleasant and interactive. They were doing some remodel in the process but it did not interfere with our trip or was done at inconvenient times. ”

Highest compliments to the staff, who were friendly, accommodating, greeted you all day long and worked hard at several different positions throughout the day. The resort and rooms have a bit of wear and tear. The room was clean, but not overly luxurious for the price.
