”There were a few problems with the room when we arrived but the staff took care of it promptly. The stay was very relaxing. Manatees off the bow of the boat every day. It was our second trip here and hope to come back again. ”

”Staff was rude, no Good Morning, No good evening and if you try to rent some of those kayaks or pedal boats, it is nearly impossible. Location and nature is good, but otherwise hotel needs some renovations and new furniture.”

”Alex was amazing and highly recommend for future stays. Bungalow serenity was so nice and spacious. Had some trouble with the getting the TV to work but the pool and views was stunning. A great place to get away from everyday stresses and relax. ”

”It was exactly as pictured and more. The view from the room to the bay was picturesque. The tiki umbrellas and hammocks around the property were exquisite. ”

”A clean hotel with free parking. We chose the place because the reception was supposed to be open until 8 pm and open 7:30 am which was important for our travel plans. They had closed the reception way before 8 pm and sent me an email at 7 pm saying that the key was left for us in a locker with a code and that they’d be open again at 7:30. They weren’t so we had to chance our travel plans…. ”

”The room was great. The front desk staff was over the top. She checked us in and then walked us to our room to be sure everything was good before she left us. More like family than just a hotel. We will stay here the next time we are in the area. ”
