”Overall stay was nice. Only issue was the piece of wood art above the bed. Was full off cobwebs and spider's. Im chronic asthmatic and this wasnt ideal for me with the dust. I cleaned it myself . ”

”Just had 3 nights there and it was a golfing trip with 4 blokes so was nice to have our own rooms and space rather than hotels. One was a bunk bed room but we managed. The space was excellent we didn't even use the "games room". ( personally a pool table, table tennis table or darts board would be an excellent addition instead of the table football and the others agreed, but maybe just personal opinion) and the sofas upstairs were comfortable as were the beds. Couple of us struggled a bit...

”No breakfast, no bar, no food or drink at all. No staff on site, No heating in morning, 4c in room !!! Window full of condensation, Kettle wouldn’t fit in sink to fill up.”

”The property was great for my family of 4. Walkable to all abersoch has to offer. Our only issue was the unseasonably hot weather for which the house is not prepared. The upstairs really cooks. It’s hard to mark down the quality of the accommodations but, given the increasing frequency and magnitude of hot days, it would have helped to have a couple of fans on hand. ”

”It’s a well equipped apartment in a good area. The floor was not clean, and the property is in need of some maintenance. The mattresses are very springy and uncomfortable. The upstairs toilet doesn’t flush very well and leaves a bad drainage smell after use. The road noise spoils the view from the balcony and the close proximity to the train station, which serves stabling trains, early morning and late evening with engines running should be mentioned.”

”A very attractive house in a quiet location away from it all with superb views down to the sea. Very well equipped property with everything we could have wanted for cooking meals etc. The hot water supply was not wholly reliable and requires some maintenance. Also there was a risk of injury from protruding carpet grippers on the stairs which caused scratches to bare feet. Overall, a good place to spend a holiday.”
