The villa is 12 km from Chania, and a mere 180 meters from a sandy beach, with convenient access to restaurants, shops, and bars. It can comfortably accommodate a large family or a sizable group of friends within its expansive 300-square-meter property. The pool, measuring 91 sqm, includes hydro massage features and a dedicated children`s pool, along with a barbecue area.

Around the pool, you can find sun loungers, umbrellas, a lovely garden, and a lounge/sitting area. The villa has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus a WC and sleeps up to 9 guests. It provides satellite TV in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. The property has a wonderful sea view from the top-floor balcony which you can enjoy while drinking your coffee.
On the ground level, there is a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area for up to 9 persons, one bedroom with King size bed with an en-suite bathroom, and a common WC. On the upper floor, there are three more bedrooms with large double beds and en-suite bathrooms. In the garage area, you can find a road-access lock-up garage with one car space and direct entry access to the lower floor of the villa.

Important Notice:
-Pool heating is available for an extra charge of €80 per day, not included in the accommodation price, and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.

Platanias area has faced a great development in tourism during the last decades and the small village has now turned into a lively suburb of Chania. The proximity to Chania, the beautiful beach and the regular bus services from Chania have made Platanias the most popular beach near Chania city. It offers a huge variety of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

A car is recommended for your transportation. We can organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property (extra charge).

Sustainability

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Hot Tub/bathtub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Pool heating is available for an extra charge of €80 per day, not included in the accommodation price, and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. 8. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa.

9. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants.
Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.
