”We screened properties for pet friendly and this listing came up every time, but we got a call from the owner the first morning telling us they were not pet friendly. The did refund us for one night of the 2 we planned to stay. The property is in a very nice part of Newburgh. When you pull up to the property there are 15cars parked around the yard that aren’t being used, 7 are covered and one is a delivery truck and a limo. ”This property is really special. Up a long driveway that provides a lot of privacy, it has a beautiful large back deck perfect for enjoying coffee and a sunrise. Plenty of bedrooms for guests! I stayed there with 5 other women all in our 70s to celebrate a birthday and we had a blast! We really enjoyed the indoor pool, the air hockey and billiard table! The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and the house was quiet at night and very restful. The only issues were minor: no sponges for the...

”We had a great stay, in spite of a terrible heat wave. The air conditioning needed to be good, and it was excellent :) When looking for a house to rent for a family gathering, air conditioning wasn’t on my mind. But it turned out to be more important than usual. The house is spacious, clean, extremely comfortable. The location of the house gives you very quick access to New Paltz. But set off the road, in a wooded area, it feels like you’re in a quiet forest. It was a great place for our...
