”Great property for 1 person or a couple. Had everything you needed. The host is wonderful and the goats and chickens were a nice surprise. Only thing that was not explained enough was it does not have central air conditioning, just a window unit in bedroom that did not cool the whole apartment. Was only a there to sleep, so worked for me.”

”The condo was clean and well appointed. It was an end unit of 4 attached condos. The walls were paper thin in the unit and to the one adjoining unit. First night I was awoken to loud music at 2:30 am, second night was fine, third night was group partying on the front stoop and 4th night a group of 10 people parked in front of our unit and tried our door first before going to another unit a couple down from us. This was at 11:30pm, quite frightening. I even called 911. Our contract called...

”Had an enjoyable stay! Felt very safe, area was quiet and peaceful. Downtown Winooski was a short drive away, as well as downtown Burlington. Beds were super comfy, unit was so much bigger than I realized. Plenty of room for 4 people (we had 2) even a great little office room away from the living room if work is needed to be done. Would def recommend and stay again”

”The description of this rental is wildly inaccurate. It is a basement apartment in the rear of the building. Description on VRBO shows a different photo and describes the unit as “sunlit”. Not true. The bldg is run down and noisy. Certainly not worth the .”

”Currently, I cannot find the description of the apartment but it would have been helpful to Know that it was in a Basement. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because there were five entrances into the apartment. Although they were all locked, it was a little alarming. Additionally, there is no kitchen if that's important to you.”

”A wonderful home that was the perfect size and had everything that I needed for a solo trip. I stayed in all 3 days and did not skii, hike, or bike. I did not have to reach out to the host at all during the trip. Sunlight was a plenty, kitchen equipment and bathroom was well stocked, bed and couches were comfortable. The only thing to note is that the HVAC systems are in the closet in the bedroom, so there was sometimes a low fan noise in the night. I didn't bring my ear plugs, but I slept fine....
