”Carlos at reception was excellent. Earplugs given at checkin for the late night party (3am municipal at the docks). Help and advice when we couldn’t reach our tour contact. Clean and spacious room, efficient and quiet AC, amazing view, nice breakfast. Bed was a little hard by North American standards but quite comfortable ”

”El Barranco Galapagos is a fantastic hotel! Breakfasts were delicious the staff friendly and accommodating, the location excellent for dining shopping and access to tours from the wharf. Our maid even did our laundry! We stayed in the family cabin which included a kitchen 4 bedrooms a hot tub and its own patio. It was spotless! We hated to leave!”

The interior courtyard was cute and I liked that our room was right off of the courtyard.They provided towels for the beach which was very nice. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again! ”

”Beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful staff who attended to our every need. Breakfast was made fresh to order every morning- yogurt, fruit, granola, and then the main dish which was always eggs, a breakfast meat and some side dishes which changed daily. The entire hotel was spotless. Daily housekeeping kept our room spotless as well. Mini split air conditioning in our room kept us cool and comfortable. Many thanks for a wonderful stay! ”

”I stayed here twice. Both times highly satisfactory. Staff was very friendly and accommodatding. The rooms and garden area are in excellent upkeep and pleasant to hang out in hammocks or seating arrangements. The owners are very kind people, who even helped me organize a free ride back to the airport upon my departure (a relative happened to also take a flight off the island). I highly recommend this establishment. ”

”Victor was a great host. He helped set up some really great activities during my stay and gave me great tips. It is only 2 blocks away from the town center which makes it very convenient and away from the hustle of things to have a quiet nights sleep. The WiFi works well in the common space and there is purified water provided. It is a very charming accommodation that is very eco friendly. I would definitely recommend and stay again!”
