”My husband and I stayed at the Posada del Mar for 4 nights. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the ferry terminal, close to the supermarket and tonnes of restaurants, travel companies and shopping. The breakfast is great if you decide to take advantage of it. There is coffee and tea all day as well as water to drink. The people at the front desk speak both Spanish and English and are incredibly helpful. Credit card is accepted for hotel stays. (For breakfast you have to pay in cash.) We took...
”The hotel is one block from the main street. Ana, the hotel manager, helped us with several restaurant suggestions that turned out to be great experiences. In addition, Ana helped us coordinate transfers to and from the airport, which, in the case of the Galapagos, are very important. She also kept track of all the excursions we had scheduled, and I definitely recommend Hotel Cucuve.”
”Beautiful view and very friendly staff. You do have to take a water taxi ($1 and operates 24/7) to the main part of downtown Santa Cruz but the view is worth it! Also it’s across from The Point by Midoro which as an amazing view and food. I would stay there again! ”

”A cute hostel/hotel just two short blocks from the main road that runs along the harbor. Hot water and a/c worked well, and there was drinking water available for tea/coffee/water bottles.
